"It's not like there's so much going on that you can't seem to either decide what to be involved in or how to get involved in it," say Pete and Denise of folk group 100 Mile House. "It's almost like it's there for you and having a community that's supportive and other musicians are so supportive in Edmonton, they go and see each other's shows. It's not a competition and I found in London, it was so saturated and everyone's trying to outdo each other, that you never get that sense of community that we were looking for."
